Per California Financial Code (CFC)§ 21201

Loan Period: Minimum 61 Days - Maximum 6 Months • Grace Period: 10 Days

Per CFC § 21203, the term "month" means a period of time consisting of 30 consecutive calendar days.

INTEREST CHARGE:
UNDER $2,500: 1st 3 Months: On loans for which the amount financed is below $2,500, the maximum interest charges for the first three (3) months are as follows, CFC§ 21200.5:

4th and Subsequent Months:
One month's interest may be charged for any part of the month in which pawned property is redeemed, including the 10-day notice ("grace") period required under CFC § 21201. After the first three (3) months the maximum interest charge for loans between 1¢ to $2,499.99 will be 3% per month on the unpaid principal balance or a minimum charge of $3.00, whichever is greater, CFC § 21200.

$2,500 AND UP:
One month's interest may be charged for any part of the month in which pawned property is redeemed, including the 10-day notice ("grace") period required under CFC§ 21201. Interest rates on loans $2,500 and over are not regulated and can be negotiated between the client and the pawnbroker, CFC§ 21051. State loan period, all fees, and notice requirements still apply.

LOAN SETUP FEE:
A loan setup fee of five dollars ($5) or 3% of the loan amount, whichever is greater with a maximum of thirty dollars ($30), may be charged for each loan, CFC§ 21200.1.

STORAGE CHARGES:
• One dollar ($1) for any article that can be contained within one cubic foot, CFC§ 21200.6(a)(1. )
• Five dollars ($5) for any article that cannot be contained within one cubic foot but can be contained within three cubic feet, CFC§ 21200.6(a)(2).
• Ten dollars ($10) for any article that cannot be contained within three cubic feet but can be contained within six cubic feet, CFC§ 21200.6(a)(3).
• Twenty dollars ($20) for any article that cannot be contained within six cubic feet and one dollar ($1) for each additional cubic foot in excess of six cubic feet , CFC § 21200.6(a)(4).
• Cubic feet shall be determined by multiplying the greatest width by the greatest depth by the greatest height, CFC § 21200.6(b)

NOTIFICATION FEE:
A maximum of three dollars ($3) may be charged for each notice sent, CFC§ 21201.2.
Borrower may request that the ten-day notice be sent via registered or certified mail.
All mailing costs must be prepaid by customer.

LOST TICKET FEE:
Maximum of ten dollars ($10) may be charged for each lost ticket, CFC§ 21201.1.

FIREARM CHARGE:
A maximum of three dollars ($3) may be charged for each notice sent, CFC§ 21201.2.
Borrower may request that the ten-day notice be sent via registered or certified mail.
All mailing costs must be prepaid by customer.
Maximum of ten dollars ($10) may be charged for each lost ticket, CFC§ 21201.1.
A maximum of four dollars ($4) may be charged for each firearm pawned, CFC§ 21200.8. Firearms will be released only to the borrower and proper identification will be required. No firearms will be shipped.

Above charges are collected at the time of Joan renewal, extension or collateral redemption.

Pawned items may be stored off premises with the consent of pledgor. Delivery of these items shall not exceed two business days .

INSURANCE:
Pawnbroker is not required to carry insurance, and pawned items _______ insured.
